Add+i enters full operation at ADD

Add+i (애디), the air-gapped full-stack generative AI platform I have been building at the Agency for Defense Development, finished beta testing and moved into full operation this month.

Air-gapped is most of what makes the problem interesting. There is no hosted API to lean on, so the whole stack has to exist on-premises — serving, scaling, and everything around it.
